1、Pay attention to the protection of the seal when punching in the end plate, and the lubricant should be rubbed into place.
2、Check the degree of fastening of the end plate fasteners and whether the bearing plate and bearing umbrella are in place.
3、Check the front and rear parts of the membrane shell fittings to avoid missing the installation.
4、Ensure that the thrust ring is at the thick water end.
5、Check the connecting fittings to ensure that they are in place.
6、After all matters are completed, use a high pressure pump to slowly pressurise the membrane assembly and gradually discharge the air inside the shell, stop the pump to unload the pressure after emptying, so that the gasket can be stretched normally.
7、If there is any leakage, remove and reassemble.
